ACV for Sinus Infection

Every year for as long as I can remember, I get a cold that always turned into a sinus infection or strep throat. Every year I went to the doctor and the same thing, antibiotics for a week!

One year I decided to look for a natural alternative and found ACV. Gave it a try, nothing to lose. I waited to take it until I would normally go to the doctor and within a few days the symptoms subsided and shortly after, all good.

I now don't wait for the sinus infection and start taking it when anyone around me is sick. So far so good. It also "seems" to help reduce or even avoid getting sick all together. I'm still a little skeptical, but after 7 years with no sinus infection or strep throat, I'll keep with the ACV!
